We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label. A flat fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.

Package Your Items

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
